Ingredients are always selected based on the season at our local market in Montaigu de Quercy and each chefs brings their own twist the the cuisine – the perfect symphony of taste and talent. Come and spend a weekend dedicated to cooking together and learning a few tricks from the best, enjoying good food and fun company, and challenging your tastebuds while wine tasting. We’ll go together to get the ingredients from the local farmers’ market and if time allows, we’ll visit a few local vineyards, as well.
