The most gorgeous, This is one of the most beautiful, happiest, most welcoming places I’ve ever been. Suska and Nico provide cozy rooms, amazing food, hikes, day trips to vineyards… all in a gorgeous region of France. They are kind, funny and helpful. We had a fantastic week and I’m sad it’s at an end. Do anything you have to to get here! – KATHRYN M.

A Special Invitation – Especially for You
** RETREAT CONFIRMED – BOOK YOUR SPOT QUICKLY! **
We invite you to a wellness journey in the beautiful and peaceful French countryside. You’ll have a chance to immerse yourself in your well-being while enjoying the best treats of southwestern France: Charm of a centuries old farm-hamlet, slow mornings with yoga and afternoon me-time, a sweet massage to pamper your body, long dinners and the famous French “joie de vivre”, farmers’ market and local vineyards, splendid nature and tranquil ambiance… This is exactly the place where you can just be. Yourself. And at home.
The Art of Disconnecting
We promise it doesn’t take much to all of a sudden realise, how quickly you can feel disconnected from your daily routines and (perhaps) hectic lifestyle.
Is it a silent retreat? Not at all! Do you need to switch off your phone? No. Are you allowed to post on social media? Yes. Can you sleep in? Yes, of course!
The funny thing is, there are no rules. What you will find is an abundance of elements “in our backyard” that will make disconnecting very easy.
Read how
We have over 30 acres of wild and pure nature around. You will hear her calling your name in no time. The wonderful woods are perfect for walks or just a little pause to free your mind or do some meditation. If you wish to get more active physically the countryside roads are well-suited for jogging or running, and we need to add, that “the Hamlet Hike” around the property with Nico and the doggies is always very popular among our guests – just don’t wear your high heels!
You can also steal a moment for yourself and your book, curl up in a hammock tucked away under the fig tree. You may dip into the natural pool (no chlorite nor other chemicals!) or no matter rain or shine, we’ll heat up the sauna for you to relax and enjoy the sweet views.
Close & tell me more!
Reconnect with your Body, Mind & Soul
After a light morning coffee or tea with some fruits and nuts we will gently wake up our bodies with yoga. Whether the class will take place in the barn with stunning views of the surrounding nature or by the natural pool in fresh air, you will surely start feeling the reconnection to your body and mind.
A copious brunch is prepared with fresh local ingredients and with love in the Hamlet kitchen. Food for your body and soul when enjoyed in good company on one of the many terraces outdoors.
There is no rush, the time has stopped, and you can take in all the energy from the peaceful ambiance. To support your relaxation one Ayurvedic massage is offered during your stay – an hour of pure bliss guaranteed.

Afternoons are your “me time” – it’s what we all deserve but never seem to get enough of. When the apéro bell rings it’s time for a little snack and a drink to raise your appetite for the dinner. And when in France, dinner is so much more than just the food (and wine) – it is the discussions and laughs, and the special ambiance that make it such an important part of the day. One of the evenings we’ll finish with a breathing & self-massage session while enjoying tasty herbal teas.
All the program is based on a “go with the flow” mentality, this is your vacation, after all! You may participate in our little visits in the region – but it’s completely fine if you wish to stay “home” in the Hamlet.
We’ll take you for an afternoon visit to our friends’ vineyard for some wine tasting in “The” Malbec region of France, and we’ll go for a nice walk to enjoy lunch in a charming local restaurant. On departure day we’ll visit the nearby medieval village and pick up the freshest from its farmers’ market for a champagne brunch before the “au revoirs”. That is, “until we meet again” – because we think you might want to return…

Your Yoga & Ayurveda Instructor Ann
“I have studied a lot and traveled a lot. I’ve had many jobs and have been many things to many people. While my experiences, both ups and downs, have enriched my life it has been a regular Yoga practice and the constitutional insights of Ayurveda that have given me the best understanding of myself and how I function. The traditional wisdom of both these ancient disciplines is fascinating and as entirely relevant today as 1,500 years ago.

We use our own organic produce in the season combined with the offering from the local farmers. When we say local, we really mean it, most of the ingredients come from under half on hour’s drive!
The region’s wine selection is impressive, and you will be able to taste and find your favorites during the dinners if you wish.
Morning coffee/tea & fruits, brunch, dinner, snacks and all drinks are included (wines with dinner). You’re really meant to feel “at home”, which means that you’re welcome to enjoy anything from the garden or kitchen whenever you feel like it.
